Welcome to BCA Pools. We are glad you are here. We are currently hiring lifeguards, pool cleaners, and supervisors for the 2025 summer season. To be eligible to work, you must be at least 15 years old, complete and pass a BCA Pools training course, and attend an orientation class. To get started, please complete the list below.

New Lifeguards
If you have not filled out an application, please do so by clicking here.
Beginning January1, 2025, the BCA Pools blended learning Online Portion of the class will be open to applicants. All applicants need to have submitted an application to get access to the online portion of the course. Applicants need to complete the online portion of the blended class before attending the in-person part of the class.
Participants need to plan on attending the four day course. You will receive a email after applying with course dates. If there is a reason that you cannot attend all days, please email us at office@bcapools.com

Returning Lifeguards
Refresher Blended ARC
Beginning January 1, 2025, the BCA Pools Refresher Blended Online Course will be open to applicants. All returning lifeguards need to have submit an application to get access to the online portion of the course. All returning lifeguards need to submit an application to gain access to the online portion.

Refresher Classes
Refresher Course – For all returning lifeguards, BCA Pools requires at least one session of a refresher course to be taken. If you have any conflicts with the refresher course dates that we offer, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
